Tia

Tia means welcome. It is usually accompanied by a handshake. So, with a handshake and tia, you're at home here. You should respond with "N'jaan" which is the equivalent of thank you. And with that, you're free to explore this blog to your heart's content.

It has been said that; "We make out of the quarrel with others, rhetoric, but of the quarrel with ourselves, poetry". These poor verses are my quarrels with myself; my musings and mutterings. Perhaps these often incomprehensible mutterings of mine could stimulate your mind, inspire you or at least amuse you. It's not all poetry though, there are a couple of other compositions and Buli Language lessons all under the Home tab.

And there's more! If poetry does not interest you, stories might. Head over to the Folktales tab to read a couple of Bulsa folktales or click on Asuom tab to find out how you can purchase copies of my books; "The Adventures of Asuom", and "Why the Chameleon Has a Broken Head". These, I believe are the first collections of Bulsa Folktales written in English.

There is also the  Bulsa Wisdom tab where you can sample a variety of Bulsa proverbs, and wise teachings to spice your speeches and writings.

If none of these interest you, then I'm afraid this blog might not be for you. Nevertheless, everyone must have something or other that is sure to move their heart and you must search out your own.
If you find anything offensive, it is unintentional.
You may reach me directly via email at agandinjb@gmail.com with your questions, observations and suggestions.

Don't forget to leave a comment!

Once again, tia.
